V5 Policy


Covid-19 (non-negotiable)

We strongly recommend that clients continue to wear masks covering the nose and mouth at all times while in the salon. Clients and staff must wash their hands or sanitize their hands upon arrival and before departing the salon. Plexiglass screens are installed between each station for added protection. Appointments are not required but are strongly recommended as our books get filled up pretty quickly. If you have travelled outside of the country within the last 14 days or feel the onset of any COVID-like symptoms, we ask that you reschedule your appointment and take care of your health first.

Cancellation Policy


Easily cancel or reschedule your appointments UP TO 24 hours before your appointment start-time using the link in your confirmation email/SMS. To update or cancel an appointment WITHIN 24 hours of your appointment start-time please give us a call at 780-988-8551 to confirm (please do not email! We will not see your email on time so please call the salon directly). Please be cognizant of our staff and other clients' time and let us know if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

NO-SHOWS (deposit required)

Online booking privileges are automatically revoked after 2 no-shows. Accounts with 2 or more no-shows are restricted and must contact our salon directly by calling 780-988-8551 or emailing to lift the restriction and book an appointment. Note that these appointments may be subject to a $25 non-refundable deposit fee before the reservation is confirmed. This deposit goes toward your appointment's total cost. Failure to attend your appointment results in your forfeit of the deposit. Please communicate with us prior to your appointment if you have difficulties with the system. 

Refund Policy

The time and supplies we used to provide you with the services you requested cannot be returned to us. Please respect our team's time and efforts and do not demand a refund after a service has been provided. All sales are final.


Nails Done from Another Salon/Artist?

We recognize that every nail artist has their own unique way of crafting the perfect set of nails with varying techniques and materials/supplies so it is often difficult to continue another artist's work. Out of respect, our policy is to not work on another artist's set and gently remove it before we start our work on your nails. Please note that our usual Artificial Nails Removal rate applies for this service; there are no exceptions. 

When is a “Fill” considered a “New Set”?

If you are missing more than 2 nails, our technicians will consider this as a “New Set” and new set prices will be applied. This is to ensure that the nail artist is allowed sufficient time and supplies to enhance your set of nails. 



5-Day Nail Perfect Guarantee

Artificial Nails (including UV gel sets, dip powders, and acrylic sets) and shellac polishes are covered by our “5-day nail perfect guarantee” policy.  This policy commences on the day of the service and terminates on exactly the fifth day following the day of service. Complimentary repairs are offered during this period only cover the state of the nails (e.g. lifting, chipping, missing jewel, and missing nail) and do not cover the subjective opinions of the completed nail set (e.g. change of colour, change of design, and change of mind). 

Appointment Times

Please note that while we try our best to accommodate you right at the start of your appointment time, the times are subject to a window of 15-minute delay due to unforeseeable circumstances. Particularly during these COVID-19 times, we kindly ask for your patience while we ensure that the stations are adequately sanitized before your appointment.
